Critical engagement with the Bible reveals the mandate for Christians to seek first the Kingdom of God and love one’s neighbor. Unfortunately, Christianity is too often invoked to oppose rather than to uphold the work of justice and human rights.
The Institute for Justice Formation at the John Leland Center for Theological Studies shares the call of Justice Revival to help the Church reach its potential as the salt and light of society through pursuing biblical justice.
We’re excited to attend the Institute’s third annual conference, “In Search of Biblical Justice,” this June in Arlington, VA. The conference will offer worship, educational presentations and panel discussions, hands-on workshops, and more, including a session on Theology and Human Rights taught by Justice Revival Founder and Executive Director, Allyson McKinney Timm.
The conference will take place June 9-10 in Arlington, VA. Sign up for emails from Justice Revival to be the first to receive registration information.
