![]() Dear *{{Informal Name}}*,
On Twitter last week a philosophy professor mused, “What if the moral arc of the universe does not always bend toward justice?” Through the thread that followed, clever minds competed to deconstruct Dr. King’s prophesy of hope in the God of Justice. I was struck by the cynicism of the view on display – a world without purpose, justice a mere fantasy of the foolish.
And I was reminded that I could never undertake the work of Justice Revival without a faith conviction that justice for the weak is God’s cause. While “the race is not to the swift, nor the battle to the strong,” God’s character is trustworthy.

Urge the Attorney General to Make History with the ERA Justice Revival and our #Faith4ERA partners continue to advocate vigorously for the Equal Rights Amendment. Last month, I signed a coalition-led letter to Attorney General Merrick Garland calling for the repeal of a questionable Trump-era legal opinion that discourages finalizing the ERA. You can show your support by signing on to the open letter for individuals, urging him "to correct this error and let history be made." You can learn more here about why the opinion should be withdrawn.
