DESCRIPTION:The Institute for Justice Formation at the John Leland Center for Theological Studies shares the call of Justice Revival to help the Church reach its potential through the faithful pursuit of justice. \nWe’re excited to participate in the Institute’s third annual conference\, “In Search of Biblical Justice\,” this June 9-10 in Arlington\, VA. \nThe conference will offer worship\, educational presentations and panel discussions\, hands-on workshops\, and more\, including a session titled “Biblical Seeds\, Theological Roots\, and a Christian Vision of Universal Rights” by Justice Revival Founder and Executive Director\, Allyson McKinney Timm. \nOffered on Friday\, June 9 at 3 pm ET\, McKinney Timm’s presentation will draw connections between relevant biblical sources\, theological principles\, and the present-day concept of human rights.
